SU FU! The place to be!
My family loves to spend time in Sioux Falls, South Dakota! We stay at the Ramkota Hotel, here they have a water park with slide sprinkers and two pools and a hot tub! They offer birthday packages which in a cold climate is fun for the kids! We typically spend time at the mall on 41st Street, it is a clean mall and they have a wide range of stores to please the pickiest shopper. I would also suggest the Washington Pavilion/Kirby Science Center for some entertainment for the kids. They can dig dinosaur bones, test how a tornado is made, build a city out of legs and see what an earthquake will do to it, or even check out an IMAX movie. The prices are very reasonable. Their is the Great Plains Zoo down town, they offer all kinds of exhibits and it is a nice small zoo perfect for the tired toddler! During the summer at Falls Park, also downtown, there is a laser light show provided by Wells Fargo about the history of the city and some neat South Dakota history as well! Sioux Fall ... more
